Live Like A Tourist

I have mentioned to you few weeks ago that my parents-in-law were here. There were a couple of reasons why they were here. First was to escape away from the brutal strike of winter; and the second was to look for a house. They are planning to sell their house in Michigan and move down here in Florida for good.

One statistician just recently declared that the economy in Florida is getting better compare from the last decade. People from other states came down, bought houses to live here for good. I can’t help but be grateful that we had decided to move here a couple of years ago. Every time I see groups of foreigners from other states wandering around the area where I work, it made me think that we are so blessed that we are here. We don’t have to travel or have to get a hotel room just so we can experience the life in Cocoa Beach, Florida. We are here. We are part of it.

Anyway, if you are planning to buy a house here in Florida, consider looking around Brevard County. Here, let me share to you this Brevard County real estate , Holly Madden. Her 15 years experiences made her an expert on this field. She is also a one fine Melbourne Real Estate agent . She has been rewarded for her dedication and efforts to make your dream house a reality, with countless referrals from satisfied real estate customers turned friends.

Do you love the feeling of being a tourist? Come live in Florida and live like a tourist without having to spend like one. Visit http://www.hollymadden.com for home listing, and perhaps you will find your dream house there.

not sure about the opinion of the statistician that you mentioned. as it is, Florida is one of those that was hit hard by the housing meltdown. thus, many homes are cheaper that are either foreclosed and on sale or about to be foreclosed or on short sale by the owner.

I think the only reason why people come down to buy homes and live there is because they are about to retire, or are now retired and would like to live in a warmer place and not because of the booming economy in FL. much less because of higher paying jobs that are currently available.

sorry to disagree with your opinion dear.
