Time Machine

We are all familiar of the very popular movie "Back To The Future" directed by Robert Zemeckis, that was released on July 3, 1985. Dr. Brown (starred by Christopher Lloyd) invented time travel machine, in 1955. Marty McFly (starred by Michael J. Fox)had accidentally prevented his parents from meeting, putting his own existence at stake. But of course, they made it.

The biblical view of the future is very different. It tells us that God is Lord over time itself. 2 Peter 3:8 "With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day." If you worry about your future, no sense in doing so, God is there preparing that day for us. If you had confessed your sins to God, God is there in the past, deleting the records of your transgressions, so that it won't be seen anymore on the day of judgment. And more so, God is with us in the present, desiring our close fellowship with Him on open arms.
