"The Mitten of Middle America"

Michigan is the 8th most popolous state in the United States of America. It has the longest freshwater shoreline in the world. Michigan is the center of the American automotive industry.

Sugar beet is one of the biggest agriculture among corns, wheat, etc. Deer are very common here and dangerous, too, because they are known as most common cause of road accidents. I once had an experience that while we were driving, the deer out of nowhere just suddenly cross the street. And all of us in the car were screaming.

I am located in the Thumb Area, in between Tuscola and Sanilac County. I didn't have the chance to explore the entire Michigan yet, because of the winter, and also, because my husband is currently in school. But he promise me that by the next spring or summer, we will be driving around Michigan. I love it. :)

That is neat Grace! I hadn't looked at Michigan that way. The winters can get mighty cold there too. Thanks for sharing that information and creating the mitten view. Awesome!

Grace,
Sorry about the previous post. I meant to put that on Omah's Helping Hands. My mistake.
