Tags & Awards (Part 2)

I think it is about time that I post my Tags & Awards (part 2) because my blog page became longer and longer. I have some blogger friend complaining that it took too long for them to open my blog and doing this will help a bit. Although there are still more changes that I can do that will help, too, but I don't know how to do that. If somebody can teach me I would surely appreciate it.
