I love pomegranate. When I was still in the Philippines, I never missed to eat pomegranate when it was its season. That was why I was both happy and surprised when I saw this pomegranate on Walmart's fruit sections this afternoon. You can't imagine how quick I grabbed some. As if I was afraid that there will be nothing left for me.

I found out that Pomegranade aren't only delicious, they're a veritable treasure trove of health benefits, too. It contains polyphenols, one of nature's most powerful and effective anti-oxidants. Wow! Just when I thought it was just a "play food". You know what I mean? You just playfully pluck up the small seeds, suck it and spit it out. Now that I learned it's nutrition fact, I will eat it like I never had before.

I love it too.
It taste good .I never forgot it every week. Sometimes I ate together with all vege&fruits for sweet&sour salad,pinch of salt,squize it with lemon, hmmmm sarap talaga.Or I'm eating it just with salt.
