Tea Bag For Toothache

During those times that I had a very bad toothache, I was really crying because taking Tylenol or Ibuprofen doesn't help. I never had toothache as bad as I had a week ago. My husband has been suggesting many things that I had tried and had worked for a very short time only. He searched online for more help and found out that a teabag can help. I tried it and had proved it true.
.
If your toothache is caused by an infected tooth, the pain can be relieved by using a tea bag and it fights the infection as well. Place the bag in a cup and pour enough very hot water on it just so it's completely wet. Allow it to set for a few minutes to cool down some. Then, gently squeeze the tea bag out so it's not sloppy wet. Place it in your mouth and hold it firmly on the affected tooth. Hold it in place for several minutes. The toothache pain should begin to subside.
.
Tea (loose, green, bag, ect) has high amount of Vitamin K (potassium), which is a natural coagulant, or blood thickener. This helps reduce bleeding, and also has good, beneficial stomach enzymes that will settle a stomach ache (esp. if you've overeaten).

Had completely forgotten about this one Grace. Thanks for bring it up. If I remember right, it is good for cuts too if they get infected, there is a chemical in the tea that will draw the infection out.

I Haven't try it yet but one natural home remedy that I know is applying an icepack for affected area outside the mouth. It helps decrease the pain. Those quick home remedy can be helpful just to stop the pain for a while before going to your dentist.
