How hypocritical! Singing "God Bless America" when they kicked Him out of their lives. According to what I have read, America is the number one exporter of pornography, and leading in producing television shows that reek with lifestyles the Lord abhors..
The children of God are aware that His Holiness will not put up with disobedience in those He loves, and yes, He judges those He loves as well. God's children see the terrorists' attack as a loving God sending a wake-up call to America, judging a very few (3 thousand) so that the rest of America (290 million) would repent. Maybe now is the time to change the call from "God, bless America" to "America, bless God!"

I am sorry I cannot agree with you. There are those amongst the 3000 who do not deserve to die nor were all from the same religion.
I could not believe my eyes when people could comment that as awesome.
Our God is a very loving and forgiving one which was the reason why he had to die on the cross in our place and His blood cleanses all our sins.
If America were to bless God,He would have died in vain.
Hmmm, I'm trying to come up with the right words here without sounding condeming. Although it is sad that many do not know God, there are many that do. This to me was a slam big time on "all" Americans and the very thing that will send many running from religion. In God We Trust has been one of our motto's from the beginning. God Bless America was as well. Our founders believed. Although I understand some of the desperation in what the writers meant, I think it was pretty much written distastefully with to much judging of Americans in it. Just my opinion.

ok... i don't get this quite well. can u condense to me what do you want to convey on the difference of the phrases "God, Bless America" and America, Bless God"?
God's blessing for us is undeserved; His favor for man is grace; our favor toward Him is totally deserved. We cannot bless Him like He blesses us, but we can bless Him in the sense of honoring His ways above our ways, and praising His name.
