Blueberry Harvest

We were at the neighbor's farm this afternoon to harvest blueberries. U-Pick Blueberries for $1.25 a pound. The blueberry patch was so, so, so wide that a lot of people went there to pick, too. For every 20 blueberries that I picked, 5 goes to my mouth. (he-he-he, I suppose that the owner assumed that already). I was really enjoying this day's activity. This is something that I have been looking forward to do on summer.
.
I told my best friend in Cebu that I was harvesting blueberries this afternoon, and her question was "how much I made?". I was laughing. I know she thought that I was talking about Facebook farming game. I told her, "I was harvesting real blueberries this afternoon. I mean, real farm!" We were both laughing. We have been hooked up with this Facebook farming game for a week now already, and we enjoyed the game very much. But there is nothing more enjoyable than the real thing.
.
As I am posting this now, I have a glass of blueberry-banana milkshake on my table. I love it and it is healthy.

The virtual world is never a substitute for the real one. Blueberry harvesting being a case in point. I am glad to have come accross your blog and looking forward to reading your posts.
