Zumba Fitness

Few weeks ago, Karen, a sister-in-christ encouraged me to join them in Zumba Fitness. At first, I was hesitant. Zumba is dancing, and I don't dance. But I was thinking to give it a chance. It could be fun, I thought. I had also figure it out that I need some regular exercise to stay energize and physically active for my job. I did joined. I enjoyed it very much, and I was surprised that I can at least dance. Since then, I regularly joined their Zumba class except on Sundays. The days for Zumba are on every Sunday, Monday and Friday. I am glad that I still have a chance to join it even if I am working because they start an hour after I usually get home.

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: To make working out more attractive. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
