There's nothing more fulfilling than doing what God wants us to do, to continue on finding out on what else you can do in life in service to others, and to use your gifts.

Food Trip Friday #3- Monggo With Kangkong
I am joining Clarissa on this "Food Trip Friday" meme for a reason that I want to challenge myself to try something new food at least once a week in order for me to learn to cook.

Monggo with Kangkong
This is one of my favorite food back in the Philippines. I know this food is not something to be proud of, but because I made it and was happy with it that is the reason why I want to post it here. (And also to encourage myself to try at least one dish every week.) At one time that my husband and I were in an Asian store, I was so happy that I found some monggo beans and I was looking for kangkong, and fortunately, they have kangkong, too. So that made the ingredients complete. I have never tried cooking monggo, so I had to ask my best friend, Ann for instructions and ingredients. I am so happy that it turned out to be great (at least for me, my husband didn't like the look of it). I had a good lunch then. Thanks for my best friend, Ann. Ann has always been my coach in cooking since I get here.

Looks interesting.
Anything with rice is a winner with me, Grace. I'm going to google monggo with kangkong and see what comes up.
