I'm in my mid-30's and I have been dependent on my Calendar (on cellphone) for the "every-hour-reminders" starting several years ago. There's just too many things on my mind at one time that I need a reminder. Would anyone of you believe if I tell you that I even need to be reminded to pee? Yes, it is true! I don't blame you if you say that "I am sick".
.
Well, believe me, my memory is not that bad, except for numbers and visual mind registration. And probably, because of too much things on my mind, I became insensitive to my body needs. These are really my weaknesses. But I have a good news for myself, MIND360.com has developed scientifically proven online brain games to improve memory. New members can sign up for free for lifetime access to a limited number of games and features, and another kind, called Premium paid members get full access to the brain games, with custom brain training program where you can chart brain improvements.
.
Brain training benefits includes:
*Sharpen your memory
*Stay focused longer
*Increased alertness & awareness
*Make quicker & wiser decisions
*Boost your productivity
*Fun, fast & convenient
*Function better overall
*Feel better about yourself

This is pretty cool... I think my memory is good, but then all of a sudden I go ahead and plan lunch with someone same time as I have a doctor's appointment. Maybe I should give this a try. :D

Hi Grace: I'm twice as old as you and enjoy Sudoku. It helps to challenge the brain.
