But most likely, I enjoyed her class. I love learning about Home economics and I love memorization, too. I can't forget the very first memory verse that she gave to us to memorize, it was in Matthew 4:4 "Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God." From then on, it glued on my mind. It is like a mole on my skin.
I never had any idea that it would be my life in the future. A couple of years later, my mother and I came to know Jesus as our Savior and Lord. I started reading about the Holy Bible. I learned that the "word" that is in the Holy Bible is the "word" of God. And Jesus said in John 6:35 "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry..."

What a great way for your teacher to teach you a little extra while you learned to cook. Sometimes the smallest things can lead us to the greatest!
