Then, this morning, I called my mother in the Philippines, to confirm if she got something from me, but nobody was answering. So then, i called Ann, my best friend. We had a nice laugh, and I was not able to keep it, it made me burst into coughing. Plus, my hoarse voice, it limit me to talk so much. It's fading away. Of all days!
Then, this afternoon, a relative from Virginia came up to visit. I feel bad having not able to talk to them the way that I ought to. They came to see me. But I explained to them that I have hoarse voice and cough. Of all days!
But anyway, all in all, I was very happy of those calls because I had the chance to talk again using our native language. I had to admit this, sometimes I'm getting tired speaking in English language. I miss my native tongue. And I'm happy with their visit, too.

Feel good......
hold on to that. :)
Grace,
How are you feeling today? I hope you get better. I know how you feel about not being able to use your native tongue. My sister-in-law is from the Phillipian's (sp) also. She had told me the same thing as her english was not too good. I really miss her! They are in Japan now for THREE years! She likes it cause it is closer to home and they can visit more often.
Wishing you a speedy recovery! Let me know if you need anything!~!
