Twilight Time

Few days ago, as I was doing the dishes, I was fascinated at what I saw over the window. It was a breath-taking light of the moon. I ran to my bedroom to get my camera and went outside to get a nice shot of this. This is what was very popularly called the "Twilight Time". But let me say, it was more awesome looking through your naked eyes than through my camera lenses. It was bigger, like when you are looking at a serving plate just right in front of your face. But my camera don't capture it. I don't know why it looks just like a dot. :(
.
Talking about "Twilight Time", this is the title of the song that I like so much, that was one of the big hits by "The Platters". They were very popular during my father's time. Actually, I like most of their songs and of course, the best thing that plays the role is their golden voices. My father used to collect records of them and listening to their songs; wow! I just feel so enchanted.

Rose, thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. I visit yours everyday. Yes almost everyday. Unfortunately, on most days, I am unable to comment on most of your posts as the topics are on matters with which I am not very familiar. I however admire the way you post regularly and hope that you will keep it up. I shall continue to visit your blog regularly and comment whenever I can, like now.

I used to love Platters too. Their "Only you" is my all time favourite. They had a simplicity and grace about them that was magical. I still listen to them whenever I can.

I think I know the type of moon you are talking about. Unfortunately a camera just can not capture the beauty of it. I've tried before. One fall I tried capturing the harvest moon. The moon should have taken up most of the pic, but instead it came out as this tiny dot on the pic. I was totally bummed. Still is a pretty pic that you took
