Ann Arbor, Here We Come!

My husband’s sister, Bobbie, the one that will be graduating, is living down there in Ann Arbor. It is only about a couple of hours away from our house. Ann Arbor is one of the largest towns in Michigan. We have already been there a couple of times before. I like the area. There are a lot of good places to go, especially the Asian Market where I can buy Filipino foods and goods.
.
Ann Arbor is home to the University of Michigan, which moved from Detroit to Ann Arbor in 1837. As the dominant institution of higher learning in the city and one of the top public universities in the world, the university provides Ann Arbor with a distinct college-town atmosphere. Ann Arbor has increasingly found itself grappling with the effects of sharply rising land values and gentrification, as well as urban sprawl stretching far into the outlying countryside.
.
Check out on Ann Arbor blogs to review press releases and other news about their companies, local events, housing status and information. Ann Arbor Biz News is the place where business people and local area residents can get the “inside” scoop on what’s going on at the companies (large and small) that make up their community. If you are interested on doing some business in this area, dig on Ann Arbor blogs for more very useful information..
This is Tower Plaza, Ann Arbor’s tallest building.
