I am excited because we got a new neighbor. A middle aged couple had just bought the house about 40 yards away from our house. I saw them cleaning the fields and planting some pine trees on the border line of their land. My father-in-law approached and introduced himself to the new owners of the house and shortly after, all three of them have a good talk together. It has been quite a while that nobody lives on that house that they have bought and they happened to mention that they are doing some remodeling for that house.
