Awards For Hardworking

When I was still in the Philippines, I used to work as an artist/designer of a kids garment in Ten Bears Enterprise Corporation and was making designs and samples of stuff toys, too. We produced good quality of kids garments and stuff toys. We also met the orders on time. And that what made us became the recepient of an corporate award during the year 2001.
My father-in-law was working in a motor corporation down there in Detroit. He used to brag that their team was the best and thus they received corporate awards for their hardwork year after year. That made them work harder and were open to learn new things for more achievements.

Receiving awards always inspired every body. I believe that every corporation should do something like this to fuel the zeal of their employees. Giving Corporate Awards to a deserving company or corporation don’t take that much money; and what counts the most is the appreciation of their efforts.
For cheaper plaques, medals and trophies; check on They take pride itself on providing their customers the cheaper prices compares to others without compromising its high quality. Their services are always great and they carry many types of corporate awards. Once you made your orders of plaques and trophies from them, you will never look for another supplier any more. They are willing to negotiate on corporate awards by volumes to enable you to get big savings. They also produce softball trophies and baseball trophies , too

Amen! My mom does the same with her employees during Teachers' Day. Sometimes, they also give them tokens such as food or material gifts.

I usually give prizes to my youth cell members. Maybe I should buy some medals, too. hehehe! Great idea! Thank you for sharing po.

iLoveYou po, ate Grace!
