How Important Is The Internet To You?

1

I can’t imagine my life here in my husband’s place without the internet. For me, it would be very hard not to be able to know what is going on there in the Philippines, especially to my mama. Although I was talking to them via YM almost regularly, but during my first two to three months here, I was already complaining about doing nothing productive. On my fourth month here, I discovered the thing called “blogging” and since then, that keep me busy and productive and happy here in Michigan.

Digital tools such as internet and phone are constantly changing the way we live our lives, interact with our friends and families, and how we learn and play. Through Charter Internet, I can follow the Sunday Service in our church in the Philippines. Through internet, I am updated about local events and news in my country and around the world. And through internet, I was able to catch up with my old friends that I have not seen for years through Facebook.

How about you? “Tell Us How You Do It.” Go to Charter.com to share your story and win some great prizes each week that will be given away such as 15” laptop or a 52” HDTV. It doesn’t end there, at the end of the promotion, Charter will be giving away a package of one 52” HDTV, one 15” laptop and a free year of the Charter Bundle which includes Digital Cable with HD and a DVR, Charter High-Speed Internet and Charter Telephone. Aren’t they cool? Add your story today with photos or video that shows us how you have benefited these digital tools!

Also, check Charter on Facebook and learn more about this service. Charter has been creating a buzz for quite a while now and has given away big prizes. Visit their site now.

The internet has enabled me to start blogging where I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet many new "blogging friends" such as yourself! Oh, and I love to "play" with all the photos I take and how great it is to be able to share them with others! Have a nice day.

It's funny, I have cable tv. cable phone and cable internet. I don't watch tv as a rule, I don't like the rining of the phone. But I don't think I would do well without the internet
