With Mackinaw Bridge Behind

After we left the "Watrosville", we heeded up farther north to see the Mackinaw Bridge. The disadavantage of traveling without anybody else with us is that nobody can take picture of my husband and I together. It will either be him or I in the picture; there can't be us, unless we hold it up high and take a closer shot, but it don't give a better view doing that way.
.
But somehow, there are people who are very thoughtful enough to see the needs of others. There are people who offer to take us picture. (Some of them wants the favor back. No problem on that though.) God bless them. So, here we got a picture with the Mackinaw bridge behind us. Not a good one though, because it only shows the lower part of the bridge.
.
My husband's present for me for our wedding anniversary was taking me to the beautiful little town of St. Ignace in Upper Peninsula. One of the things that impressed us in that place was that most of the restaurants, groceries, shop and motels are family owned and operated. We had a wonderful time together and I am thankful to God for giving me a wonderful husband that cares and loves me very much. "A married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife—" 1 Corintians 7:33 NIV

That's right. Some people offer to take your picture. And they ask the same favor. That is a very nice gesture.

Happy Wedding Anniversary.
