November 1st- Family Gathering In The Philippines

November 1st was All Saint's Day in the Philippines. It has been ours (and most of the Filipinos) tradition years and years ago to gather in the cemetery, to remember those that were passing away. Although this activity is not in line with my faith with the Lord, but the fact that my sisters, brothers and their family always made sure to be around on this day no matter if they live in a far distance, this day became significant with me, too. It is mostly the only time that our family from far distant gather together. My mother is not around because she is too old to travel.
.
This is my second year that I am not with them on that day. I requested some pictures, and here are they:

These people in the pictures are my family in the Philippines that gathers on All Saint's Day. It used to be more than that, but somehow some were not able to be around. We used to bring a lot of foods and games, with the intention to stay as long as possible. It used to be a happy moment for the whole family, but sad to say, the new generation in our family didn't gave it importance anymore. Things have change, I guess. Anyway, I would like to thanks Ginafe for sharing these picture with me. :) I miss all of you.
